At The Fresh District, we take pride in delivering high-quality grooming products made specifically for the needs of men with coarse & curly hair. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of every item we ship.

Because our products are personal-care items, all sales are final, with the exception of orders that arrive damaged or broken.


1. Damaged or Broken Items

If your product arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

To process this, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    Email us at thefreshdistrict@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Include photo or video proof
    Please attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage to the bottle and packaging. This helps us verify the issue and improve our shipping process.
  3. Receive your refund or replacement
    Once reviewed and approved, we will issue:
    • A full refund back to your original payment method, or
    • A replacement product at no cost to you.

We typically process claims within 2–4 business days after receiving your evidence.


2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Unwanted or unliked scents
  • Accidental orders
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Products delivered over 7 days ago

All sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.


3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will correct the issue immediately at no additional cost.


4. Shipping Issues

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier logistics are out of our control.
However, if your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, we will help guide you through the carrier’s claim process.
